Becoming an Advocate for our Soldiers and Thier Families

Most of my blogs are stories and such that I have found and thought others may be interested in reading.    But today I thought I would just type... just say something from my heart.  I have been working on this project for about 8 months and I am so overwhelmed with the great people and organizations out there that want to help.  This is such a big project to raise a million dollars -   I don't have a big office or a staff to bounce ideas off and assign tasks.  I have a home office and handful of wonderful people supporting me.  My husband is my biggest fan and such a beautiful man.  I shake my head when I think about how he is OK with me walking away from a very successful and lucrative career. Knowing I will not be making the $$ I have in the past  doesn't really matter to him, he loves me for having the courage to take another path, a path with many hill and valleys.  I know I will be paid in ways that are much greater than the almighty dollar... I am already experiencing it.  It is my time to be an advocate for the soldiers and their families.
Honoring and remembering those soldiers that have put their lifes on the line
and their families on hold to protect our freedom
